The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has released their 2019 Home Run Derby odds, and Pittsburgh’s Josh Bell has emerged as the +350 favorite following the late scratch of Christian Yelich. The Milwaukee slugger leads the league with 31 home runs this season, but pulled out of the event on Sunday afternoon with a back injury. Bell is a -190 favorite over Atlanta’s Ronald Acuna Jr. in their first round matchup. The Atlanta superstar has the longest odds on the board at 10-to-1. Cleveland’s hometown slugger, Carlos Santana, has opened at +700 to win the contest.
