Real Salt Lake is off to a disappointing start, losing their last four games after starting the year with a win and a draw. They have scored just five goals so far this season while conceding 13. On the brightside, last week was their first game in their last four that they finished with all 11 players on the field as they received at least one red card in three straight games. Even in their lone win this year over Vancouver, they were not impressive and Vancouver had plenty of chances to draw even in that game or even win. I’ve seen nothing so far from Real Salt Lake to suggest anything more than a late season battle just to get in the playoffs.

Event: Orlando City at Real Salt Lake
League: MLS
Date/Time: April 13, 2019 9PM EDT
Play: Orlando City +0.5 (+100)

Orlando is up and down but do look improved from last year. They have two wins, two draws and two losses this year and newcomer Nani scored his first goal last week in a 4-3 win over Colorado. They are always involved in exciting back and forth games. They lost two weeks ago 1-2 against DC but they were the better team in that game and were very unlucky not to at least earn a draw as they peppered DC with numerous shot attempts all 2nd half. They went into New York and beat the Red Bulls and drew at Chicago and at home against NYCFC.

At this point, I’m much more confident in predicting Orlando as a playoff team than Salt Lake. Take the + goals here in what should be a very close game.
