LAFC is one of only two road favorites this week and for good reason. San Jose stinks. They are 0-0-3 to start the year after finishing last year with a league low four wins. They have already lost two home games, 1-2 against Montreal and 0-3 against Minnesota. They scored the opening goal at the Red Bulls two weeks ago, only to go on to lose 4-1. Two goals scored and nine goals conceded through three games tells the tale of this team.

Event: Los Angeles FC at San Jose Earthquakes
League: MLS
Date/Time: March 30, 2019 3PM EDT
Play: Los Angeles FC ML (+104)

Meanwhile, LAFC is off to a very strong start. They have scored two goals in every game so far this year, even with an incredibly tough schedule to start, playing four playoff teams from last year. They have three wins over Kansas City, Portland and Salt Lake and a draw at New York City. Carlos Vela has looked incredible this year and they look like the clear favorites right now in the West.

It’s always tough to play on the road in the MLS, but they don’t have to travel far here and I think this line is a steal as they are clearly the better team.

TAKE LAFC ML or -0.5 (whichever line is better)
